As the cold winds blew outside, AHK Ukraine sparked conversations by the firelight with GR managers, lawyers, and CEOs shaping the future of advocacy.
Our guest speaker, Anna Lachykhina, chair of the board at the Ukrainian Lobbying Association, presented the Outlook of the Lobbying Reporting Campaign. Anna discussed with attendees the issues reported by registered lobbyists, and the implications of reporting for companies.
Mykola Boichuk, AHK’s senior advocacy manager, shared AHK Ukraine's recent advocacy efforts. He noted that AHK supports specific cases and helps companies work systematically with the government. AHK also has a broad advocacy agenda for members and committees' initiatives.
The evening's takeaway was that the Lobbying Law has changed the market and government relations, creating a new segment of "registered lobbyists". AHK Ukraine is among them, ready to represent members’ interests to the highest standard.
