Effective October 12, 2026, Natalia Anokhina will rejoin the ARZINGER team as a Partner and Co-Head of the Western Ukraine office.
Natalia will lead the Contract Law practice and reinforce the firm's Corporate Law capabilities. She will focus specifically on international and investment projects, guiding clients through complex transactions, real estate ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Natalia will also develop the American Desk – a dedicated practice providing legal support to American businesses in Ukraine and Ukrainian companies entering the U.S. market. The American Desk will combine the team’s established international expertise with new competencies, solutions, and projects.
Another key priority for Natalia will be to further develop ARZINGER’s Western Ukraine office and deepen the firm’s regional presence.
