Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of meeting with the leadership of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) to discuss the current challenges and perspectives of the business community.
The AMCU has made important strides since the start of 2024 when the major amendments to competition laws took effect. Inter alia, the AMCU actively engages with business associations – a practice that helps strengthen mutual understanding and ensure that the AMCU priorities align with market realities.
We thank the AMCU chairman for the open exchange and for his strong commitment to cooperation. Strengthening trust between business and regulators is essential for fostering fair competition, attracting investment, and accelerating Ukraine’s integration into the EU market.
