The Parliament of Ukraine adopted Draft Law No. 7508 which is intended to replace the current law on state-private partnership.
An ambitious goal is set – to establish public-private partnerships (PPP) as a cornerstone of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction by introducing a renewed, more flexible and transparent model of cooperation between the state and business in the PPP format.
