A new socio-economic initiative, CyberBee, has been launched in Ukraine – a cybersecurity reskilling program for civilians and veterans with disabilities of groups I and II. The initiative is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine and the SHERIFF CYBER ACADEMY.
The goal of the program is to help people with special needs acquire a modern digital profession, obtain international certification, and access new employment opportunities in the field of cybersecurity.
The project has a dual economic impact: it creates new professional opportunities for people with disabilities while helping businesses address the growing shortage of cybersecurity specialists. According to experts, Ukraine’s demand for cybersecurity professionals is increasing every year, as cyber protection is becoming a critical component of the security of businesses, infrastructure, and the state.
