The Ukrainian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Ukraine) is part of the global network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK), comprising 140 offices in 92 countries worldwide. Established in 2016 in Kyiv, the Chamber actively supports its member companies in international operations and plays a key role in bilateral economic exchange.
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Office Manager to join our team in Kyiv.

Your Responsibilities
- Reception duties: welcoming visitors
- Handling phone calls in Ukrainian and English; German is an advantage
- Ensuring office operations: ordering stationery, consumables, and household supplies
- Managing visitor access and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Performing administrative tasks: preparing applications and transferring documents
- Supporting team colleagues in their work with Chamber members, including online communications and event organization
- Meeting and assisting guests and couriers, including serving tea/coffee to visitors
- Overseeing and maintaining the terrace area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Ensuring proper upkeep of the kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Working in the CRM system to update and expand the contact database
- Monitoring overall cleanliness and supporting the smooth functioning of all office processes
Our Requirements for the Candidate
- Experience in office management, administration, or HoReCa
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; German is an advantage
- Confident computer user: knowledge of Google tools and Excel
- Experience in managing content for websites and social media, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Proactive attitude and punctuality
