The German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Ukraine) is part of the global network of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (AHK), which has 150 offices in 93 countries. The organisation was founded in Kyiv in 2016 and since then has been supporting Ukrainian and German companies in developing international business, serving as an important platform for bilateral economic exchange.

Your Responsibilities

• Servicing the member companies of AHK within the defence sector
• Organising a working group for member companies within the defence sector
• Finding partners for Ukrainian defence Companies in Germany
• Finding partners for German defence Companies in Ukraine
• Formulating AHKs position on economic policy for the sector
• Assisting German companies in finding contacts within the ukrainian defence sector
• Assisting Ukrainian companies in finding contacts within the German defence sector
• Writing short updates about the sector for German companies
• Assisting with the organisation of German defence delegations to Ukraine

Our Requirements for the Candidate

• University degree in law / economics / engineering
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• German will be a definite advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in the defence sector
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian companies in the sector
• Openness in communication with government agencies and foreign partners
• Negotiation skills
