Reform to Rebuild!

The priorities are formulated in such a way as to ensure they are relevant to as wide a range of AHK Ukraine member companies as possible.

AHK Ukraine’s current advocacy priorities were formulated following discussions within the Board, working groups and the Annual Members Forum, and were approved by the Board on 13 May 2026.

AHK Ukraine’s advocacy priorities are:

• Supporting the reform of the law enforcement system, particularly in the context of the transition to a risk-based approach;
• Combating the shadow economy;
• Increasing support for investors already operating in Ukraine who are prepared to scale up their investments during the war;
• Changes to the public procurement system, particularly regarding the increased role of quality indicators and compliance with European standards in the evaluation of tender bids;
• Overcoming the crisis in the labour market;
• Increasing the role of business in European integration processes.
