Call for Candiates for the Board of AHK Ukraine

Following the recent amendments to our Statute, we announce
 

THE CALL FOR CANDIDATES

and

THE ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS

FOR AHK UKRAINE

This year, 6 Board positions are open for election.

We invite you to submit your nomination according to the following Nomination Procedure:

• Each member of AHK is entitled to nominate one candidate
• Candidates may be nominated by:
  • Сurrent members of the Board;
  • CEOs of member companies; or
  • Persons authorised by them, based on a power of attorney
• The deadline for submitting nominations is 13 February 2026

For inquiries as to the role of the Board at AHK Ukraine, you can consult the Statutes (article 9 covers the Board) or the Chairman of the board Reiner Perau.

Important information about the Voting Procedure as follows:

• Voting for Board members is part of the General Assembly on 19 March, alongside other agenda items
• Voting will commence after the nomination period has closed and once the voting link is distributed (19 February at the latest) together with the announcement of the General Assembly
• You can delegate your voting rights to another person (an employee of your company, a representative of another member company, or the Chairman of the Board). If so, please submit the details of the authorised person to Tetiana Sliusarchuk by 16 February 2026 so that the voting link can be sent accordingly.

The election results will be announced at the end of the General Assembly on 19 March 2026.
