Online Webinar | Public Procurement in Ukraine

On 2 December 2025, AHK Ukraine hosted an online webinar dedicated to opportunities in the Ukrainian public procurement sector and practical steps for companies seeking to enter or expand in this market. The event brought together German and Ukrainian stakeholders to discuss how international businesses can successfully navigate procurement in Ukraine.

Participants gained insights into the reformed and transparent Prozorro system, EU‑funded procurement programs, and key sectors such as construction, energy, IT, medicine, and defense. The agenda also covered legal basics, registration, tender procedures.

The event was organised by the Legal Committee of AHK Ukraine and moderated by its Head, Alesya Pavlynska.
